Namesake Founder and CEO, Lynn Aronberg is a seasoned public relations professional over a decade of experience and a black book of media contacts rivaling the largest firms in NYC. Lynn graduated from a top three nationally ranked public relations program at the University of Florida before earning her Master's of Business Administration (MBA), with honors, at Nova Southeastern University. As a Miami Dolphins Cheerleader, Lynn catapulted her career to the international level, developing contacts with top media outlets worldwide and building strong relationships with industry professionals. As the official "Dolphins Cheerleader Reporter", Lynn conducted interviews and drafted blogs on behalf of the Dolphins. Director of European Operations, Neil Reynolds began working as a journalist in 1991, covering the NFL for British publications First Down and Gridiron. Reynolds managed NFLEurope.com website and increased traffic figures by 300%, appointed NFL's public relations manager for all of Europe and launched www.nfluk.com which he earned a national PR industry award. As an NFL's staff at Super Bowls in New Orleans (2002), San Diego (2003), Houston (2004) and Jacksonville (2005) Reynolds has overseen all Super Bowl-related PR activities in the UK. Through Cheering for the Miami Dolphins she has traveled all over nationally and internationally representing the team, including London, Africa, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Dominican Republic, Saint Martin, and Tokyo. She has been chosen to be "Cover" of the Miami Dolphins calendar in 2007 as well as been chosen each year to have a month. She has also made multiple appearances on television segments and magazine issues as well. In 2009 and 2010 she was picked personally by Ocean Drive Magazine along with five other girls to represent the team. Ashton was chosen in 2010 to be in Maxim's cheerleader issue and was chosen as one of the top 40 most influential cheerleaders in 2011. After she retired from cheerleading in 2011, she was chosen to represent the Miami Dolphins Organization as an ambassador, made a television appearance on the FX hit show "Louie" and has also been appointed to Boca Raton's Community Relations Board.
